Quilon TVS began its journey in the automotive industry in 1977, starting with Bajaj spare parts before becoming the district's first Bajaj two-wheeler dealer. Expanding its portfolio, the company added an LML dealership in 1992 (which ran successfully until 1999) and entered the three-wheeler market in 1996 with Greaves Garuda (later rebranded as Piaggio Vehicles Private Ltd).
